To facilitate locating the buildings on campus, we have included the map below with arrows to help you find them. The circle 

indicates the area where they are located.

 

WORKSHOPS: all (both days, Saturday and Sunday) will take place at the Gibbs Rec Center

AFROVERSITY & EVENING SHOW: Will take place at Rice Memorial Center (Thurday in Farnsworth Pavilion; Saturday in Grand Hall - both located in the Memorial Center)

 

PARKING SUGGESTIONS:

• Carpool - There is no 're-entry' once you parked. If you leave you have to pay again so please plan so you can avoid excessive costs

• $1 Parking - Coordinate with friends so you can park at the $1 lot, then drive one vehicle to the hourly parking close to the workshops or show

• Hourly Parking - The parking building inside the circle is steps away from the events. Maximum rate is $11
